The task
The butcher’s shop Piegger from Sistrans wanted to distribute its artisanal and traditionally made alpine meat products also online. On the one hand, it was important to make the uniqueness and quality of the products tangible and, on the other hand, to position itself unmistakably and successfully in the fast-growing food online trade.
The solution
Based on the findings of our market analysis, we have developed an individual positioning: The online shop of the butcher “Metzger & Sohn” is more than a modern point of sale for food: it is a place for culinary and Tyrolean specialties. In addition to recipe tips, blog posts and photo streams, carefully composed product stagings ensure that the customer can feel the taste of Tyrol. The presentation is complemented by a design concept that uses rubber stamps and haptic materials to reflect craftsmanship and proximity of the family business to the customer.
